We are mainly going to see some very heavy rain and high wind gusts as matthew continues to approach the coast of North Carolina. Right now it is doing serious damage along the georgia and South Carolina coast right now. Highest wind gusts are about 125 miles an hour. Just off the coast of the georgia South Carolina line there.
