The missing Sylvania Township mother of a kidnapping suspect accused of taking an Ohio teen out of the country is the victim of a homicide, police confirmed Friday.
The missing woman's son, Jonathan Robert Jones, was arrested in Mexico for the alleged kidnapping of a 17-year-old girl from Canton, Ohio. Police say the cases are connected.
