US Army vet Dynell Lane told the Dallas Police Department’s oversight board that two off-duty cops working security at Serious Pizza refused to let him use the bathroom around 2:15 a.m. on June 10 despite his efforts to show them his medical paperwork documenting his medical issues, The Dallas Morning News reported.
A disabled military veteran has claimed he was mocked by Dallas police officers after he wet himself when he was not allowed to use the bathroom of a restaurant.
The man, a former Army sergeant, said he was wounded while serving in the military and underwent surgery that left him with a disability that requires he have emergency access to restrooms.
