STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Prosecutors allege a former state parole officer submitted bogus visitation and program records for four parolees he was supervising on Staten Island, including two who served time for murders in Brooklyn and one other who was later accused of killing an off-duty firefighter in a road-rage incident in that borough.
