On a recent Sunday afternoon, I stopped by Oscar Moon’s Milkshake Shop to find out. The shop is located at Stovehouse, address 3414 Governor’s Drive, the food and music destination that’s become a local must-do since opening 2019. Luckily it was raining. I say luckily because otherwise the line at Oscar Moon’s would’ve probably been out the door again, as it has been many days since the shop opened on April Fool’s Day.
