Thirty-year-old Ryan Walters was found guilty of five counts of sexual assault on a child, pattern of abuse and one case of sexual assault of a child in a position of trust April 10, following a nine-day trial, according to Colorado Court records.
Police say 32-year-old Christino Verdugo was last seen Feb. 29 fleeing from a hotel just east of U.S. Highway 85 in Evans, according to an affidavit for his arrest. He is wanted on suspicion of first-degree assault with a deadly weapon, attempted second degree murder, possession of a weapon by a previous offender and reckless endangerment.
