Photo: Jessica Cejnar Though they’ve budged on price a bit, Dungeness crab fishermen and seafood buyers continue to haggle. However processors are still feeling the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Lori L. Steele, West Coast Seafood Processors Association executive director. They want the season to start as much as fishermen do, she said, but they re still dealing with a surplus of product from last year.
