Vaccinations are rolling out, the winds are warming and, most of all, the food carts downtown are starting to come out of hibernation. Could this be nature healing? Or do Madisonians just have an insatiable hankering for top-notch bites served out of a moving vehicle? We would bet on the latter, but either way, there are stands for snacking on every cuisine imaginable right here in Madison.
