The transition of power from one president to the next is a very complicated process and it actually is getting more complicated by the year. It doesnt always go so smoothly. A new book takes us behind the scenes. How george w. Bush and barack obama managed a transfer of power. Its by political scientist and professor martha joint kumar. Martha welcome to press pass. Thank you for having us. Well talk about that part of your studies later. So the book before the oath, its interesting youre focusing on this transition. They sat down. We dont know if the nominees will sha
