A leader connected to an organization that conducts policing assessments will be one of the speakers at the OKC Justice Circle's virtual town hall set for 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Charles "Chuck" Ramsey with Twenty-First Century Policing will join the town hall that will be live streamed on the Facebook pages of the justice circle and the Oklahoma City Police Department.
Besides Ramsey, other speakers will include Oklahoma City Police Chief Wade Gourley; the Rev. Derrick Scobey, senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Oklahoma City; and Grace Franklin, a community activist and executive director of OKC Artists for Justice.
