we ll see what happens. a lot of that will be skewed by the census workers which is kind of a one-time thing. today s numbers were just ugly. you d like to see these somewhere below 400,000, maybe even down to 350,000 in a strong jobs market, instead we have it way up at 479,000. this four-week moving average is supposed to smooth it out because these things can jump around, that s high, 459,000. companiesing are still laying people off and the ones that are not are probably not hiring. still a pretty rough situation. jenna: and, again, big jobs report tomorrow morning around 8:30. we ll see. that s what we have to do, wait and see. jon, over to you. jon: just in to the fox newsroom, the u.s. senate has passed that jobs bill on a 61-39 vote. it s a bill that allows states to keep about 300,000 teachers and police officers, other public workers on the job as a result of this money coming from
daughter, and they wish they wanted her to basically continue with this. and this is a tragedy for everybody involved. the system has failed the whole family, riqka and the parents no doubt. jon: she turns 18 next week. once she turns 18 she can make her own decisions, right? if she never wants to go back to her family again she doesn t have to didn t that the case. definitely. legally that is exactly the case, jon, that is the tragedy that everybody in florida and ohio had this whole year to basically get to family together and have them go to counseling and talk to each other. the people who interjected themselves in this case in florida continued their political game in ohio unfortunately and have kept this family apart. they have never actually been to counseling together. and it is a tragedy because dependency is all about reunification. if everybody had proceeded in good faith and the outside parties had stayed out i see no reason why this familiar family
