jon: there s breaking news on that big budget battle in wisconsin. the controversial bill would cut back on most state workers ability to engage in collective bargaining. it also would require them to pay more into their own pensions and health care benefits. now we re hearing that republicans in the state assembly are planning to take up that bill tomorrow. as you might remember, 14 democratic members left the state to avoid being present for any kind of a vote. republican majority ordering them to return tomorrow morning. those democrats telling supporters they plan to propose many changes to the bill. they also want to engage in protracted debate on each amendment to kind of slow the thing down. jenna: keep up to date there. meantime, new information on a story we ve been following very closely out of pennsylvania. former judge mark shrivella
