NBB, Eskan launch new housing finance scheme
DUBAI, 5 days ago The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has announced a new joint housing finance construction scheme, in collaboration with Eskan Bank, to facilitate the purchase of land and the subsequent construction of homes across the kingdom. The NBB move comes as part of its efforts to provide optimal housing financing solutions for Bahraini citizens across the kingdom. The offer comes months after the launch of the joint housing purchase scheme which solidifies NBB’s growing partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Eskan Bank. Under this new scheme, NBB customers will be able to purchase land through the bank s mortgage finance and subsequently build it through a social housing financing plan provided by the Eskan Bank.
