Where were at this hour is at the command center as they try to prevent a repeat of the night before and so many of these nights since the death of the unarmed 18yearold Michael Brown ten days ago. We saw in the last 24 hours a great deal of consternation as there were yet new clashes as Law Enforcement came through and tried to prevent protesters who had been protesting in the street.
