PUTRAJAYA: A Singaporean was spared the gallows after the Court of Appeal set aside his conviction on two counts of trafficking in 4,026.73g of methamphetamine and 243g of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA).
: The appeal by clerk Sam Ke Ting against her conviction and jail sentence for reckless driving that led to the death of eight teenagers on modified bicycles, or “basikal lajak”, will be heard on March 31 next year
