Connecticut Mattress, the locally owned retailer launched by former Better Bedding co-owner Tom Wholley, is under new ownership.
D&M Holdings, a partnership between Michael Disibio and Wesley McCluney, reached a financial agreement earlier this year to purchase the chain from Tom Wholley and his wife Kathy Wholley, who have run Connecticut Mattress since 2011.
A sale price was not disclosed.
Connecticut Mattress operates three locations, in Southington, Avon and South Windsor.
