Now 7 to 9 inches of rain, 7 to 9 in the sandhills. That is dangerous flooding potential, especially with winds of 50 miles an hour. Parts of eye40 are still closed tonight near benson. Stretches of eye 95 also closed around fayetteville. princeville in Edgecombe County evacuated as floodwaters from the tar river rise.
