Central command, the command that overseas u. S. Military operations all across the middle east, including the war against isis. The hackers claimed to be working on behalf of that terror organization, and we have more now from National Security correspondent david martin at the pentagon. Reporter the hack lasted about half an hour and no secrets were spilled. But it left the u. S. Central command with egg on its face. Its social media accounts briefly turned into propaganda platforms for the enemy. Whether by accident or design, the hack occurred just as president obama was announcing new measures to tighten cyber security. If were going to be connected, then we need to be protected.
