Democrat Jon Green was sworn in as Johnson County Board Supervisor on Tuesday after winning the June 8 special election to replace Janelle Rettig. Just before the swearing-in ceremony at the Johnson County Administration Building, the Board of Supervisors certified the June 8 election results, making his win official. Green earned 66% of the votes, while Republican Phil Hemingway earned 31% and Independent Brian Campbell earned 3%.
