One note of the that black zone, its a secure zone, no vehicles can go in or out but if have you a parking garage or lot, can you leave your vehicles there, however i am just told that you will not be able to leave that parking garage and you will not be able to move out of that parking lot if your vehicle is within that zone until sometime monday. So the mayor and the rest of the city officials are urging anyone that lives within that zone to start preparing as if it were a major snow storm coming.
