water here in jacksonville, two blocks away from the st. johns river is continuing to rise. there is actually a current here in the middle of the street, just in front of some restaurants. a legal office, basically white caps. if you look down at the end of the road, some very, very strong winds. continuing to bring the st. johns river water, the storm surge towards us. down there as to the end of the stop sign, just in the 15, 20 minutes that we have been there prior to meters next to the stop sign continue to be further and further submerged. you can look, the waves really are lapping up here into the intersection. at the businesses, it looks like somebody may be wrapped up a po box. but the business which is for lease here, and some of these places down here that look like restaurants, we have not been able to get down, they have not been sandbagged.
