Reporter theyre just reopening this street, park street behind me while they are still cleaning up after this accident. We spoke to several witnesses to this crash and they told us this truck was going twice the legal limits before it went airborne and that the victims include children. This Service Video shows what witnesses describe. A pickup truck that had been going 50 to 60mileperhour, running red lights through downtown alameda, out of control, flipping down the middle of the road.
