Police are investigating after landscapers discovered a car contained unused bags of concrete buried in the yard of a 1.63-acre estate in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Atherton police are trying to get to the bottom of why a car reported stolen in 1992 was buried in the yard of a home on Stockbridge Avenue. Cadaver dogs have twice indicated that human remains might be present.
