All are invited to revival services held at Ivy Street Church of Christ from June 2-4. Services will be Sunday, June 2, at 10 a.m., Fellowship Meal from 1 p.m. to 2:50 p.m., and afternoon services starting at 3 p.m.
The Community In Action group of Philadelphia-Neshoba County is bringing softball and baseball back to Westside Park for the upcoming summer league season.
The Board of Supervisors authorized a $1,000 disbursement to the City of Philadelphia for the Booker T. Washington Gymnasium HVAC Project during their regular meeting on Sept. 5.
Renovations are continuing at the Booker T. Washington Gym, and the Rev. Johnny Beckwith says he is fired up and optimistic about the historic facility’s future and is spearheading a fundraising drive to finish things out.
