ICT ministry ordered to pay Savula firms Sh58m

Summary
A court has ordered ICT ministry to pay six companies owned by Lugari MP Ayub Savula Sh58 million for advertisements carried in their various newspapers and magazines.
Justice Maureen Odero directed the ministry to pay the companies a combined sum of Sh58,967,500 plus interest at court rates from January 2019 when they filed the case until payment in full.
