The Geminid meteor shower will be visible Sunday evening until Monday at dawn, with a peak time for viewing around 2 a.m.
With no Moon to brighten the night, this year’s Geminid meteor shower should be one of the richest ever.
Tonight, look at the sky because you will be able to see up to 150 meteors will cross the sky every hour. NASA indicates that “realistically” about 60 meteors per hour will be seen in the northern hemisphere.
The Geminid meteor shower, the most spectacular of 2020, is the most impressive astronomical phenomena that will offer a show in the sky in December.
