Located on the plaza along the Minnesota River in downtown Granite Falls, the Makers Market will be from 4 to 7 p.m. the first Thursday of the month, from June through September. The event features local arts, crafts, music and food. The first Makers Market is June 3.
People who want to use the bikes and paddling equipment during the event are asked to register in advance by calling 320-354-5894.
Slots of 45-60 minutes can be reserved for the equipment, which Klebe said is being made available at no charge because of special funding by the Bernick Family Foundation.
Outdoor gear can be donated until the day of the sale with proceeds used for Prairie Woods programs.
