STAMFORD A judge may consider a number motions filed by Michelle Troconis’ attorney during a hearing Tuesday on criminal charges stemming from the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos.
Troconis, 46, will appear for a remote hearing Tuesday before Judge John F. Blawie, who could rule on some of the motions filed in recent months by her attorney, Jon Schoenhorn, that seek to have her GPS ankle monitor removed, compel the state to further produce evidence and potentially drop some of the charges because of perceived inaccuracies in the arrest warrants.
