Large-scale residential project slated for Antioch area

Nashville-based HND Development is eyeing a large-scale 307-unit residential project for a Southeast Davidson County site located near Ezell-Harding Christian School and once owned by a high-profile businessman. To be called Villages at Forest View, the development will offer 249 apartment units in six buildings, 58 townhomes, two swimming pools and a dog park.
