Oregon State ends its 2021 spring football practices Saturday with a 90-minute public scrimmage beginning at 10:30 a.m. in Reser Stadium. Fans are permitted to watch the scrimmage, the first time the Beavers have had spectators inside Reser Stadium since the 2019 season.
