COVID-19 vaccines arrive at Community Health Connections sites

Community Health Connections (CHC), the only federally qualified health center serving North Central Massachusetts, has received 400 doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to equally distribute among its four sites in Fitchburg, Gardner and Leominster.
In accordance with Phase I of vaccine distribution, CHC will be immunizing its health care providers and staff, as well as the homeless population who are primarily served at its ACTION site on Water Street in Fitchburg. Distribution started the last week of December and will continue as needed to make sure everyone receives the prescribed two doses of vaccine within 28 days.
