start-ups or jobs, act. it s a law that the administration says is going to increase investment in small businesses. now, that sounds great but it s come under some pretty harsh criticism from some on the left, including the nation s top unions of here s how the president described the act today, our president. i ve always said that the true engine of job creation this this country is the private sector, not the government. and for start-ups and small businesses this bill is a potential game changer. so the act passed with bipartisan support and even this afternoon house majority leader eric cantor sung its praises. this bill tries to make it a little easy inform the small businessmen and women who want to seek investors who want to build their business and to retain and to hire more people. i hope it represents the kind of bipartisan work that we can actually accomplish here in washington over the next few months. now, for some on the left, wh
