After three hours of testimony from law enforcement and a juvenile probation officer Monday afternoon, Porter County Juvenile Court Magistrate Kristen Mulligan took the petition to waive the Ohio teen accused of calling in bomb and mass shooting threats to Porter County high schools and one middle school to adult court under advisement. A decision is expected in about a week.
