VAN NUYS, Calif., Feb. 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ The Independent Living Center of Southern California (ILCSC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Wells as its new Executive Director, and the retirement of its esteemed former Executive Director, Norma Jean Vescovo.
