The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos State has dismissed the forgery case against Governor Umo Eno and upheld the judgement of the tribunal affirming his election as governor of Akwa Ibom State. The court made the ruling on Friday on the three-member panel of judges led by Festus Obande while quashing all three separate appeals filed against Eno.
