EATON Local manufacturer representative Remagen Inc. has been acquired by Cleveland-based foodservice equipment provider Kappus, effective Saturday, May 1.
According to a press release, the acquisition of Remagen broadens Kappus’ sales and service territory and adds key brand Henny Penny, among others, to its product portfolio.
“As both Kappus and Remagen are long-standing leaders in our respective markets, we believe joining our two organizations enables us to better serve our customers’ rapidly changing needs,” Kappus President John Kappus said. “The combined business is well-positioned to deliver enhanced value through complementary, best-in-class products; an extensive service network; and enhanced systems.”

Caddo Parish Juvenile Court will resume operations Thursday, February 25, as water has been restored to the building.
The Caddo Parish Health Unit, located on Creswell Avenue will be closed due to continued low water pressure.
Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport
All Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport clinics and urgent care locations in Shreveport and Bossier City will resume normal operations Tuesday, Feb. 23, except those at its Medical Office Building, 1801 Fairfield Avenue, and Family Medicine Building, 1501 Kings Highway.
