At colourful twin ceremonies, respectively on June 17th and 18th of June 2023, the people carried out the mandate for a new prelate to assume the mantle on his election and confirmation at the Special Synod of the Diocese held on Friday January 27, 2023 at Christ Church, Serrekunda.
