Lydiard House Museum will reopen its doors to the public tomorrow. The Swindon Borough Council-owned and operated museum has achieved the UK recognised Good to Go certification operated by Visit England and developed in partnership with Tourism Northern Ireland, Visit Scotland and Visit Wales. The Grade II-listed building had a thorough clean before reopening and enhanced cleaning will take place every day. Visitors will be asked to respect social distancing measures and wear a face covering inside the house, unless exempt. Hand sanitiser will be available. The museum will be reopening with a brand new exhibition ‘Look Up!’ exploring the hidden architectural features of Lydiard House – from Green Men to Greek goddesses.
