Rachel Schwartz, 33, was found safe on Tuesday afternoon after she was last seen in Ring camera footage leaving her ex-boyfriend John Scorah s home in Waimauma with luggage on January 31.
Missing Rachel Schwartz was last seen in Spring Hill, Florida, on Jan. 31, according to family members, who say the mother of 2 has PTSD after serving in Iraq.
