i i think the inspector general will make that recommendation. i believe based on their findings, they have the ability to initiate a criminal investigation if they think it s appropriate. okay. so where are the criminal charges? and should attorney general eric holder be investigating right now? let s talk to a former attorney general for the great state of florida as well as a former u.s. congressman from florida, bill macallum. good morning. from what you have seen in the press, does it look like there is criminality here? definitely does. you falsified records. somebody did that, at least in phoenix they did it and i suspect other places too and it s rather egregious. it is huge and rather difficult for me to believe there are not criminal charges that be be brought. from my understanding from what i have read the inspector general said they have been in touch with the justice department.

obama has been doing is to be political in everything he says and whatever he does in a way that, again, is far in excess of any president in the past and that is reflected in his administration and this process. the v.a. has systemic problems and has been going to when i was a congressman. it s grown worse. it is clearly at the point now where something has to give. we need to have it fixed. there are things that aren t criminal that need to be done here. we ve got to also look at the criminal prospects of somebody having done something to falsify those records and cause veterans specifically who should have been treated earlier to be treated or at least allow the public to have an outcry to know. this is hiding from the bosses possibly, we don t know that yet, but certainly from the public and it s being done, i think, in a criminal manner. i can t see how it s not a crime. it does look like some of the boss, the bosses were involved. absolutely it does. the sooner we get the inv
