The Federal Ministry of Budget and Planning, in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security has trained and empowered 250 farmers in Delta. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the training was done under the National Poverty Reduction with Growth Strategy programme (NPRGS). It was declared open by the Permanent
