He does not come from either of the main traditional parties. They rejected the socialists and the conservative republicans in the first round and they rejected the far right, Marine Le Pen, in todays runoff. The vote was decisive, 6535. The child plunged to his death earlier this week when he pushed out a screen in his parents apartment and climbed on the balcony railing before falling 70 feet. Police concluded it was an accident and the parents did all they could to protect the 4yearold autistic boy. And the boy suffered from brain cancer that impaired his judgment and the boy had a habit of roaming unsupervised.
