After suffering another playoffs first-round exit in the MPL Philippines Season 7, Nexplay Esports coach and famous Mobile Legends: Bang Bang figure Setsuna “Dogie” Ignacio hinted at a possible change in their roster for the next season.
Dogie bared this in his latest YouTube vlog titled “HAPPY BDAY” (referring to the birthday of NXP gold laner Renejay “RENEJAY” Barcarse) published on Thursday night, May 27, wherein he also claimed that the MPL-PH Season 8 will have a franchise-based setup.
“Just to give you a heads-up guys, MPL Season 8 I think is 100 percent confirmed na franchise-based na siya (MPL Season 8, I think it’s 100 percent confirmed that it will be franchise-based),” said Dogie.
