Witnesses say the man was brandishing a knife. A homeless man who stays in the area tells me that man walked over to a parking lot across the street. The man was saying things that didnt make sense, waving around a knife that was about a foot long and then police arrived. And for the police in this vicinity, he is saying hey, you find me, you find me. He was nice just like this. And then when he put his hand like this, they would time it out.
