What does concern me is that those people recreating in the Ghost area, McLean Creek Public Land Use Zone, McLean Creek Provincial Recreation Area and Fisher Creek Provincial Recreation Area are exempt from having to have a pass. These areas of K-Country experience a high number of off-highway vehicle use that damages the landscape and stretches the resources of governing bodies. Why those users do not need a pass while visitors to all other areas of K-Country require one is a mystery.
