Tenants of Barbee Street Apartments, a 16-unit apartment complex at 2210 and 2216 Barbee Street, received a Notice to Vacate last Monday informing them they had until Feb. 10 to move out, as reported by Houston Chronicle s Anna Bauman. At that time, the new owner is set to begin renovations and will cut off all utilities.
