The Cornwall and Region Entrepreneurs Artists and Technologists Exchange (CREATE) announced Richard Wiggers, dean of the Cornwall campus of St. Lawrence College, will serve as its newest director as it rolls out new programming to support local businesses amid the pandemic.
“I am excited to be a part of CREATE’s board of directors,” said Wiggers. “I am looking forward to being a part of this group to develop innovative ways to help businesses in Cornwall and area prosper.”

November set a new weather record, as temperatures soared well into the mid-20s C for some of the month.
