How does he get clearance to enter one of the most secure military bases in america and do what he did . He had a pass that apparently allowed him to enter the navy yard that is right behind me, right now. It is clearly a mystery that will be questioned right now, how does he get those top secret security clearances with someone who did have at least two incidents involving gun use.
