The chp released this Security Camera image of 47yearold john bivins, a suspect still on the loose, officers shot here in stockton, the shooting happened during a pursuit. There is a Large Police Presence in this search. Minutes before an officer fired at bivins, the truck he was in was led on a chase to a walmart. The driver was captured. We are waiting for the chp to confirm that man is laclue, but once the man ran, bivins took over in the drivers seat, police say bivin is in a green 1999 ford explorer, when laclue and bivins escaped, they were in court to answer to the robberies of two Verizon Stores here in the bay area.
