Westminster veteran Anthony Morrissette was all smiles when he received a donated car. “Before having this car, I was at the point where I was at the end, I didn’t know what to do, I had no idea what was gonna happen. I was frustrated. I did not see the light at the end of the tunnel.”
The Carroll County Veterans Independence Project, with LaScuola Motor Works of Eldersburg, set up a Westminster veteran with a free car and repair services.
